If You’re Into Quickies, I’m Not Your Woman 😉

Our culture worships quickies, hustle and more-faster-louder. Real intimacy, sensuality and healing require the opposite: slowness, presence and devotion.

If you’re into quickies … I’m not your woman 😉

My world is sensual, slow, intimate and luscious.

We hustle so fast through life that we forget to notice the very moment we are in.

🔥 The way our lover’s hand feels moving slowly down our bare back, all the way down to our ass, as they grab on and pull us in close for an embrace, to whisper in our ear or brush their tongue across our lips.

☕️ The way that first sip of warm coffee lands as you hold your favorite mug and feel the radiating warmth from it. Savoring a new day.

⛅️ The way the clouds roll by and the sun hits so perfectly it creates rays of ecstasy lighting up the sky.

Our culture thrives on hustle and quickies.

More. Now. Faster. Louder. And then more again.

So I say again: if quickies are your thing, I’m not your woman. I’m not your coach.

Slowing down allows us to come back to a remembrance of our spark. Tracing the patterns and beliefs that are entangled in our bones until they loosen and, one by one, are released with love.

Healing transforms from something to get done now and check off the list … to how can I hold all the most tender parts of me and love them into their purest essence?

Healing becomes the greatest adventure you’ll ever take because we know that layers reveal new layers — and it’s simply an uncovering of all beliefs and conditioning back to the playful innocence within your heart.

There is no “one thing.” Only a deep presence every day to fine-tune the way you relate so intimately to yourself and others.

There’s no quick way to the mountaintop. I’ve trekked mountains around the world. The ones who reach the top are the ones who decide they will. And while the mountaintop is beautiful and the scenery beyond words, the true growth and lessons are learned step by precious step on the way.

So in my world we stop to breathe. We are the well-rested women because we know hustle leads to dissociation. We eat snacks and laugh. We cry and feel like we will never see the view from the top, only to look back and realize the view from how far we’ve come is pretty majestic.

This is my life + work. Embodied. Sensuality. Tantra. Intimacy.
